The problem

A nutritionist's practice was bottlenecked by manual patient onboarding and diet planning. Each new patient required 45+ minutes of repetitive intake work, limiting capacity to ~8 patients per day. Scaling the practice meant hiring more staff, not building better systems.

What we built

We built an AI-powered patient portal with LLM integration for automated diet generation. The system handles onboarding, collects medical history, and generates personalized meal plans based on clinical parameters. A dashboard gives the nutritionist full oversight with one-click approval workflows.

The problem
